Every item is handmade. Processing time: 2-5 weeks + shipping.
All items are made to order which ensures a custom fit and color combination just for you! Each item is handmade so please allow 2-5 weeks for your order to be ready. We suggest ordering at least one month in advance for your vacation.
IF YOU NEED YOUR GARMENT BY A CERTAIN DATE PLEASE EMAIL US AT email@example.com BEFORE PURCHASING SO THAT WE CAN CONFIRM THAT IT IS POSSIBLE.
All orders are shipped from Poland worldwide via the official registered airmail with a tracking number provided. Please note that tracking may be limited for some countries.

These are the estimated times provided by the postal service provider, however after the parcel has been shipped it is no longer in our hands and it is the duty of the postal service to get it to its destination in the time they have stated. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do if the package is stuck in customs or if there are any delays on the part of either countries postal services.
If you didn't receive the parcel within the estimated time, please:
- Ask your family or neighbors, maybe they have received the parcel instead of you.
- Ask your local post office. Perhaps, the parcel has arrived and is waiting for you there.
Please let us know if you didn't receive your parcel within 45 days from the date of shipment. We will check the parcel's tracking info and will file a claim about the lost item at our local post office if necessary. If the parcel is lost and this is confirmed by a written response from the post, we will issue a full refund or re-send the item.
It is the customer's responsibility to arrange collection of their parcel once dispatched. If you didn't collect the package and it has been shipped back to us, we can ship the item again (the customer is responsible for shipping costs) or issue a refund minus shipping costs.
All possible customs fees and taxes are customer's responsibility. We have no way of knowing whether a particular country or parcel will or will not attract import fees, and we can not be held responsible for such costs. We do everything in our power to avoid our customers attracting extra charges, but this is beyond our control and responsibility. If you are concerned about incoming taxes please consult the import / customs agency of your country for further information.
We accept PayPal as the only form of payment at the moment.
You can pay with your credit card without having a PayPal account.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
We want you to be happy with your purchase!
So if you are not satisfied with your items for any reason, please contact us as soon as you receive the garment and find yourself unhappy.
If you need to return the item, please contact us within 7 days from receiving the item.
All items must be returned unworn and in the same condition as they were received or they will not be accepted. After receiving the item, we will issue a refund of the total price excluding mail costs.
Refund must be agreed to before the item is mailed back. No refunds will be issued for change of heart.
Cancellation is possible within 2 days of purchase.
We use only soft, gentle, non-itchy and non-irritating materials.
We accept custom orders and will be happy to create the perfect item just for you.
Can I actually swim in these bikinis?
Yes! All bikinis are suitable for swimming. They are made of special microfiber thread, which allows them to hold their shape in the water and dry as regular swimwear.
